I have more channels on the TV in my room than I have socks. From my window I can see the Rocky Mountains, i25 and a railway. It’s so very hot and so very bright outside. I still can’t believe that I spent 3 hours in Los Angeles yesterday, well in LAX at least.
I'm just about settled in now. I have a load of washing on in the guest laundry room. For breakfast I had a walnut muffin, a Kellogg’s nutrigrain bar, a whatchamacallit bar and two cups of coffee. Not a great start. I haven't been to any commercial district yet. I need to get a new baseball cap since that is about the only thing I left behind in Dublin but one of the most important because I know that 20 minutes in the sun and I'll be burned terribly.
Colorado (MST) is 7 hours behind Dublin (IST).

One of the first things I did when I checked into the hotel last night was order a Coolpix 885. I should have it within 10 days, when the order is actually processed. I also got that baseball cap I needed. It's nice and plain and bares the logo of the local minor league team. Got it (and some foodstuffs) in Wal-Mart!

Excellent! Don't do anything fun for the next 10 days, in case we miss the photos.

How much did you get it for?

Message from Cliph at 22/7/02, 2:35 AM GMT
it was 355 but it turns out that price was w/o battery and charger and that is the norm. I've got to do some more searching and I've but that order on hold.

That's not a bad price...for the 885. Considering what I paid for mine like.
